Banana, Egg, Cinnamon & Honey
A simple and slightly sweet yet still a healthy breakfast with a balance of protein, fat and carbs. Bananas are extremely nutritious and this breakfast will give you the energy you need to get and go for the day, or even as a quick snack.
- 2 Eggs Your Choice
- 1 Banana Ripe
- 1 tsp Cinnamon Spice
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil or Sunflower Oil
Heat the pan, when hot place your sliced bananas onto the hot pan. Add half the oil on the bananas and the a sprinkle of cinnamon allowing the bananas to slightly brown. Turn over and add the other half of your oil browning the banana on the other side. Beat 2 eggs and add over the bananas. Tilt the pan so that the egg can evenly cover them and turn the heat off. Fold over and slide onto a plate, topping with a squeeze of honey, sliced bananas and coconut shavings.
