Anti-Inflammatory Pumpkin Juice is a great way of getting in your dose of vitamin A & C. Pumpkin seeds contain zinc and that’s the feel good element of serotonin which is the only excuse you need to start drinking up.
There are many people who don’t eat or like pumpkin that when you cook it you have to roast it before they eat. However, I make this juice for myself all the time a) I love pumpkin and b) there are too many health benefits to not make it. It’s exceptionally easy and quick, a matter of juicing.
Anti-Inflammatory Pumpkin Juice

- 1½ Cups Cubed Pumpkin Pieces
- 4 Carrots
- 1 Pear
- Pinch of Ginger Powder
- Sprinkle of Turmeric
- Pinch of Cinnamon
- Step 1 Rinse and prepare all your vegetables and fruit
- Step 2 Pour into a glass and sprinkle with turmeric, cinnamon & ginger powder.
- Step 3 You can also blend all the ingredients into a smoothie just make sure to check for any lumps that you may have to strain.
