Avocados are now used for so much, from food to facials and hair treatments to cocktails and smoothies and when they are in season then personally we go a little wild with this loved creamy fruit.  Avocado’s are a good thing and a very good fat that’s the good news.  More good news?  This avocado smoothie is ready in 5 minutes!

Thick, creamy, delicious and nutritious and you can have it any time of day, week month or season. Its's that good!


  • 1/2 avocado pear
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • Chia seeds and coconut flakes for sprinkling
  • Step 1 Blend all the ingredients in a blender till smooth.
  • Step 2 Drink and Enjoy!
