Homemade Balsamic Dressing

Memories of my 2 year old with a shining mouth smeared with salad dressing all across her face still brings a smile to my face 🙂 Yes I know she was the only 2 year old I knew who would wake up every day and insist on a salad for breakfast instead of cereal like all other children.

So balsamic is certainly an old staple in our cupboards and some would say its more important than breakfast.
