Best choice simple and healthy ingredients makes these homemade granola bars the perfect snack! They are so quick to make and so much healthier than buying a sugar loaded snack on the go.

I do have personal tasters you know 🙂  Yes I know they may be biased but honestly they were very complimentary and even made it their story on Instagram so yes I was very chuffed about that!

So how do you make these Homemade Granola Bars?

Really not much effort at all. Get all your ingredients into a bowl and mix. Press into a dish and leave to set in the fridge for at least half hour before cutting. That’s it!

Homemade Granola Bars


  • 3/4 cup granola
  • 1/2 cup coconut
  • 1/2 cup dates
  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 2 tbsps coconut oil
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 3 spoons digestive bran
  • raw nuts
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp coco


  • Add all the ingredients into a food process or use a bowl and hand mix until all combined. 
  • Pour into a dish lined with baking paper and freeze for 10 minutes before transferring to the fridge and cutting into squares.
