Peanut butter nut clusters – they are easy, quick and a matter of combining your favorite nuts, seeds, chocolate and fruit with a few more ingredients and leaving it to set.

Suggestions For These Peanut Butter Nut Clusters
These are nut and chocolate clusters so the nuts should be left chunky not finely chopped.
You can also substitute the dried cranberries for another fruit like dried peaches or figs.
Pitted dates (depending on the size) should also be roughly or barely chopped.
Preferably leave the dried cranberries whole.
Peanut Butter Nut Clusters
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup pitted dates
- 2 tbps oil
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 cup nuts
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips
- chocolate melted for topping
- 1/2 cup cranberries (and more for topping)
Mix all the ingredients together (except the chocolate for topping and extra cranberries) and press into a dish lined with baking paper.
Top off with nuts, cranberries and chocolate before leaving in the fridge to set for 30 minutes.
