This no peanut butter recipe made the perfect size healthy chocolate balls and it took roughly 10 minutes! An additional 10 to 15 minutes to set and they are ready to eat unless you cant wait for them to set 🙂
We used small quantities in this recipe so it effectively made about 7 balls. Having made the same recipe before in this post which got rave reviews we simply had to do it again! Made a smaller batch so if you want to try it first then use this recipe and if you have any left over they keep very well in the freezer.

We used a dark chocolate which gives off a slight bitter taste which we love however if you want something a bit sweeter then add your preferred sweet addition like natural honey. Using a regular chocolate will also give you sweeter taste.
Healthy Chocolate Balls -Quick Easy Delicious
- 1/3 cup cottage cheese
- 1/4 cup coconut
- 2 tbsps coco
- 2 tbsps melted dark chocolate
- Layer a freezer friendly dish with baking paper.
- Mix all the ingredients.
- Roll into reasonably sized balls.
- Leave in the fridge to set.
