This healthy peanut butter cookie recipe is so quick and easy to make! They are absolutely delicious, because well, peanut butter and the kick to this recipe is that these cookies are naturally gluten free, no butter no flour which means eating without guilt? As long as you don’t eat the while lot in one setting 🙂 Actually that’s your call to make but be warned that they are addictive!
WHAT YOU WILL NEED FOR THESE HEALTHY PEANUT BUTTER COOKIES

Cannot think of anything better than having family and friends over on a weekend and they want to cook with you in the kitchen! My daughter came round this weekend and trust me if you are a parent with older children you live for those visits, at least I know we do ❤ It’s always so special having them around coming home with a new and fresh approach filled with inspiration!
ROUGHLY 15 MINUTES IN THE OVEN IS ALL IT TAKES!
If I took credit for this it would be sinful! Always learning from my children, always. This particular daughter is a gym and health fanatic so all her recipes and food obviously revolve around the health chart and these cookies are her personal favorite! They are perfect for post gym (I wouldn’t know) but I do know that they are addictive and delicious!
So the weekend was spent in the kitchen or least part of the day because we made a concerted effort to spend time outside and together and again ‘outside of the kitchen’! However, we did find time to make these perfect cookies (sorry she did) because they were so quick!
BECAUSE PEANUT BUTTER
Everyone loves peanut butter! Although that might be an exaggeration you get the general gist of that right? Most of us grew up on peanut butter and some of us even as adults are still hung up on peanut butter (my husband). There’s something almost childlike about peanut butter that allows you to dig in with a teaspoon and be carefree even just for that moment. Don’t you think so?
