  • 1 juice of a fresh lemon

  1. Add the avocado, salt & pepper, lemon, garlic, olive oil and sour cream or yogurt into the blender with part of the water.
  2. Taste for seasoning, lemon, sour cream (use yogurt if you need to substitute the sour cream), add a little water to thin it out and add your favorite garlic & herb or vegetable spice
  3. Finally add the cream and mix.
  4. Bend, add water, use a rubber spatula push the ingredients down into the water and blend again.
Repeat until you have a creamy pouring consistency.

Notes

Water

Add the water gradually. Taste & season as you go and add water or it will be too thick! I added a good amount of filtered water gradually (about 1/2 cup!) 2 avos make more avocado salad dressing but you will need a bit of water to thin it out or you can start with 1 avocado and use less water.
