- 500 grams pumpkin, cubed (cubed)
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt and pepper
Optional
- 1/4 to 1/2 tsp smoked paprika, cinnamon, nutmeg or herb seasoning
For serving
- flaky sea salt
- roasted pumpkin seeds
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 180°C / 350°F. If there's no preheat setting, simply run it for 5 minutes to preheat.
- In a bowl, add the [wprm-ingredient text="500 grams pumpkin, cubed" uid="0"] cubes and coat with the [wprm-ingredient text="1 tsp salt and pepper" uid="2"], spices and [wprm-ingredient text="1 Tbsp olive oil" uid="1"]
- Add the pumpkin to the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 20 minutes checking halfway through and turning if necessary. You can also the air fryer basket a gently shake and continue cooking.
- Remove and serve with extra sprinkle of seasoning, flaky sea salt and roasted pumpkin seeds.
