Description

Air Fryer Pumpkin with tasty caramalized and golden brown crunchy edges. An easy, delicious roasted pumpkin air fryer recipe.


Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 500 grams pumpkin, cubed (cubed)
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt and pepper

Optional

  • 1/4 to 1/2 tsp smoked paprika, cinnamon, nutmeg or herb seasoning

For serving

  • flaky sea salt
  • roasted pumpkin seeds

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 180°C / 350°F. If there's no preheat setting, simply run it for 5 minutes to preheat.
  2. In a bowl, add the [wprm-ingredient text="500 grams pumpkin, cubed" uid="0"] cubes and coat with the [wprm-ingredient text="1 tsp salt and pepper" uid="2"], spices and [wprm-ingredient text="1 Tbsp olive oil" uid="1"]
  3. Add the pumpkin to the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  4. Cook for 20 minutes checking halfway through and turning if necessary. You can also the air fryer basket a gently shake and continue cooking.
  5. Remove and serve with extra sprinkle of seasoning, flaky sea salt and roasted pumpkin seeds.
