Description
One pan Orecchiette Pasta that takes 15 minutes and tastes out of this world amazing and if it's going to take you any longer then 18 minutes 🙂 It's that quick.

- 250 grams Orecchiette (serves 3 to 4)
- 500 grams Italian sausage
- 1 tsp Our Calabrese spice - Smell and Taste
- Bunch of baby spinach
- 400 grams Red kidney beans (canned organic)
- 2 tbsps Extra Virgin olive oil
- Salt for the pasta (to taste)
- 300 grams Mascarpone cheese
- Parmesan cheese grated when serving
Instructions
- Heat the water for the pasta, once boiling, add salt to taste, add the pasta and cook until 'al dente' (to the tooth) or according to the packet instructions.
- Heat a non stick pan and cook the diced onion.
- Add the sausage, cook till a slightly braised.
- Add the Calabrese Spice and mix it in well.
- Add the chopped baby spinach and mix it in, cook for a few second just till it's a little wilted
- Add the mascarpone and gently swirl it all together
- Once the mascarpone has melted in completely with the sausage and spinach.
- Add the canned, red kidney organic beans and mix it all up.
- Add the cooked orecchiette pasta and enjoy!
