Salami pizza that will give you more than just a crunchy pizza! The juicy cherry tomatoes bake into the melted mozzarella and salty salami making this an absolute favorite pizza topping.

- 1 pizza dough recipe (See notes below)
- 1 pizza sauce (See notes below)
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes (halved)
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 250 C / 482 F.
- Roll out the pizza dough and place on a pizza baking pan, tray or pizza stone.
- Spread the pizza sauce over the crust but first use a fork to prick holes into the base to prevent any puffing while it bakes. Use a tablespoon of olive oil to brush over the base of the pizza and the crust to add flavor.
- Top with salami, cherry tomatoes and remaining mozzarella cheese evenly over the entire pizza. Season to taste.
- Bake for 9 to 12 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and the crust is golden brown.
