Description
A beautiful Greek salad with the classic ingredients is perfect for your summer table. It's perfectly okay to serve a classic in one serving and have separate add on dishes on the table. Add a herb it's all good!

- 1 cucumber (cut in half, half again and cubes)
- 1 red onion (cut into quarters and slice)
- 2 cups cherry tomatoes cut once in half
- 1 green bell pepper (seeds removed, cored and cubed)
- 1 cup feta cheese (cut into blocks)
For The Salad Dressing
- olive oil
- red wine vinegar
- vegetable spice
- squeeze of fresh lemon
Instructions
- Mix all the ingredients for the dressing, add into a blender/jar/bowl and blend for a few seconds, shake it together or use a fork and whisk it up. Set aside.
- Using a large enough platter add all the salad ingredients always starting with what's chunkier like the peppers followed by the cucumber, red onion, tomatoes, olives and feta last.
- Leave the dressing for everyone to pour over their own salad, this way it stays crisp for everyone.
- Season to taste by adding a sprinkle of the tasty and organic vegetable seasoning.
