Description

A beautiful Greek salad with the classic ingredients is perfect for your summer table. It's perfectly okay to serve a classic in one serving and have separate add on dishes on the table. Add a herb it's all good!


Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1 cucumber (cut in half, half again and cubes)
  • 1 red onion (cut into quarters and slice)
  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes cut once in half
  • 1 green bell pepper (seeds removed, cored and cubed)
  • 1 cup feta cheese (cut into blocks)

For The Salad Dressing

  • olive oil
  • red wine vinegar
  • vegetable spice
  • squeeze of fresh lemon

Instructions

  1. Mix all the ingredients for the dressing, add into a blender/jar/bowl and blend for a few seconds, shake it together or use a fork and whisk it up. Set aside.
  2. Using a large enough platter add all the salad ingredients always starting with what's chunkier like the peppers followed by the cucumber, red onion, tomatoes, olives and feta last.
  3. Leave the dressing for everyone to pour over their own salad, this way it stays crisp for everyone.
  4. Season to taste by adding a sprinkle of the tasty and organic vegetable seasoning.
  5. Serve and Enjoy!
