Description
The slight bitter, perhaps a little sweet taste is all so refreshing and the orange peel seems to pull it all together creating the perfect Negroni balance. A great Italian classic!
Ingredients

- 1 T Campari
- 1 T Vermouth (red, semi sweet)
- 1 T Gin
- orange (peel included)
- fresh mint for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Fill a cocktail glass with large ice blocks, 2 or 3 are fine.
- Add a few other ice cubes into a cocktail shaker or glass followed by Campari, gin and vermouth. Shake or stir into the ice cubes until all its all combined, a few seconds.
- Run the orange peel around the rim of the serving glass filled with ice, Strain the cocktail over the ice packed glass and garnish with the orange peel and serve. For a more subtle Negroni, top it up with sparkling water. Optional for extra measure: A slice of orange and fresh mint.
