Description
Nothing says good morning like pancakes and these yogurt pancakes use basic ingredients, are thick, light and fluffy.

- 1 cup flour
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 tsps baking powder
- 1 cup yogurt or buttermilk
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 egg
- 2 Tbsps melted unsalted butter
- 1/4 cup milk
Instructions
- Add all the ingredients into a bowl and use a wooden spoon to fold . Do not over mix! The batter with be thick that's perfect. Let is rest for 5 minutes.
- Heat a non stick pan and brush with a layer of oil, butter or spray cooking spray.
- Drop 1/4 (measuring cup) cup batter onto the pan.
- Wait until the edges of the batter have set and bubbles appear before flipping.
- Flip it over and cook the other side. Serve with maple syrup, fruit, PB, Nutella, crispy bacon etc.
