HEALTHY BERRY OATMEAL MUFFIN CUPS

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup chopped dates
  • 3/4 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin and sunflower seed mix
  • 2 tbsps melted peanut butter
  • 1.4 cup honey

Instructions
 

  • Add all the ingredients into the bowl of a food processor (or use a wooden spoon and hand mix) and get the ingredients combined into a sticky mixture.
  • Press into a non stick muffin pan and bake on 180 degrees for about 8 minutes or until lightly golden brown.
  • Remove and cool down thoroughly before freezing. Can be served immediately and also freeze very well. Remove to thaw from the freezer for 2 min before eating.
