Beet Hummus

A 5 minute beet hummus that is used on any and everything!
- 4 small beets
- 1 cup chickpeas
- 3 tbsps olive oil
- 2 chopped garlic clove
- ¼ tahini
- ½ fresh lemon juice (or bottle lemon)
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon paprika or cayenne pepper
Prevent your screen from going dark
Slice or roughly chop the roasted beetroot add into the processor with the rest of the ingredients except the oil.
Add the oil gradually with the motor running. Stop to scrape the sides and taste and adjust accordingly.
