Honey and Nuts Date Bars 10 Minutes and Healthy

10 minutes to make and just enough time to set in the fridge! These are such a wonderful and healthy snack bars to have on hand.

- 3/4 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup chopped pitted dates
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 cup shredded coconut
- 2 tbsps coconut oil
- melted chocolate
- 1/2 cup mixed raw nuts
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
Prevent your screen from going dark
Lay a sheet of baking paper on a flat dish or baking pan (which will later go in the fridge to set the crunchies)
Melt the peanut butter, add honey, cinnamon and oil and mix together.
Add the oats, dates, chia seeds, coconut and nuts (leave some nuts for the top) Combine and lightly press into the prepared tray.
Add the remaining nuts on top and pour melted chocolate over. Freeze for 10 minutes and leave in the fridge for 20 minutes.
