Peanut Butter Nut Clusters

- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup pitted dates
- 2 tbps oil
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 cup nuts
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips
- chocolate melted for topping
- 1/2 cup cranberries (and more for topping)
Prevent your screen from going dark
Mix all the ingredients together (except the chocolate for topping and extra cranberries) and press into a dish lined with baking paper.
Top off with nuts, cranberries and chocolate before leaving in the fridge to set for 30 minutes.
