Peanut Butter Nut Clusters

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup pitted dates
  • 2 tbps oil
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup nuts
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips
  • chocolate melted for topping
  • 1/2 cup cranberries (and more for topping)

Instructions
 

  • Mix all the ingredients together (except the chocolate for topping and extra cranberries) and press into a dish lined with baking paper. 
  • Top off with nuts, cranberries and chocolate before leaving in the fridge to set for 30 minutes.
