  • 3 tablespoons oil
    2 tablespoons butter
    1 onion4 garlic cloves1 fresh chili2 celery stalks2 carrots2 cans chopped tomatoes2 cans chickpeas (leave a few for garnish)1 can cannelloni beans1 cup zucchini1 cup green beans5 cups stock/water (or half & half)
    1 tablespoon Italian seasoning1 teaspoon thyme
    1 teaspoon oregano Salt to taste3/4 cup Tortellini Pasta  
    1/2 cup tomato passata 
    1 cup of chopped bacon or Italian Pancetta2 pork chops (grilled and cut into cubes)
    1 cup of grilled bacon pieces5 to 6 cups of water/stockDressing - Parmesan, fresh herbs, roasted chickpeas & a drizzle of olive oil.
