In a blender or food processor, break the feta up into chunks.
Add the pumpkin, salt, Greek yogurt and honey. Blend into a smooth puree. Optional: Add a teaspoon of extra virgin olive oil.
Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and garnish with roasted pumkim seeds.
Serve with fresh vegetables, fruit, crackers or bread.

Notes
The texture and consistency of this dip will depend on the appliance. A high powered blender creates a a smooth and creamy dip. A food processor creates a more textured dip. Both are delicious and can be served with a variety of foods!
