A quick and easy beetroot puree.
Ingredients
- beetroot
- water
Instructions
- Roast the beetroot.
- Cut the beetroot in smaller chunks (to help the blender) and add a dash of water to help the blender start (about 2 to 3 tablespoons but add 1 tbsp at a time)
- Add into a high speed blender and whizz until into a puree.
- Prep Time: 5 minutes
