Description

Nothing can beat the freshness of homemade salsa! If you’ve tried it, you already know there’s no going back to store-bought versions. Homemade salsa is sweet, spicy, and tangy, with the perfect harmony of soft, juicy, and crunchy textures.


Ingredients

  • 4 large roma tomatoes (diced)
  • 1 diced onion
  • 1 cup or 1 chopped green bell pepper
  • 1-2 cups diced cucumber
  • 1/3 cup fresh coriander (cilantro) chopped
  • 1 chopped medium chili pepper or jalepeno with seeds unless you want less heat then deseed it.
  • 1/2 tsp salt or to taste
  • 1/2 tsp sprinkle of freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lime juice

Instructions

  1. In a bowl add the chopped tomatoes, green bell pepper, diced onion, coriander, chili or jalepeno pepper, salt, lime juice and black pepper.
  2. Combine the ingredients and refrigerate until needed.
