- 125 grams Mascarpone cheese (half a tub)
- 3/4 cup sour cream
- A dash of cream or milk for a thinner consistency (optional)
- Optional Ingredients
- Seasoning: Add a pinch of salt to the recipe (taste and adjust.)
- Mustard: I do sometimes add a little mustard because some people love it!
- Spice: Add a sprinkle of spice. We use this one.
- Olive oil: Drizzle with olive oil.
- Fresh herbs: Add about chopped fresh herbs.
- Lemon: A squeeze of fresh lemon.
How To Make Mascarpone Dip For Fruit
- 1 cup mascarpone cheese
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 2 teaspoons maple syrup
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Combine: Add the mascarpone cheese and heavy cream into a bowl and combine to a smooth consistency.
- Serve: Transfer to a serving bowl, cover with cling wrap or a lid and refrigerate.
- Enjoy: Serve with veggies, crackers, breads and more!
Instruction On How To Make Mascarpone Dip For Fruit
- Add all the ingredients into a bowl and smooth them out. Mascarpone, cream, vanilla extract, maple syrup and salt.
- Transfer to a serving bowl.
- Serve with fruit and if the cheese is too thick, add a tablespoon at a time of cream and after each addition, smooth it out to see the consistency.
- If your cream is too thick and you don’t have cream, use yogurt or sour cream.
