Spicy Sauce Pasta

Description

This spicy sauce pasta couldn’t be easier and any more delicious! A few ingredients left to a slow simmer toss in some cooked pasta and you will be going back for more!


Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons tomato curry paste
  • 1 teaspoon Smell & Taste Calabrese Spice
  • 1 teaspoon ginger & garlic paste
  • 1 teaspoon Vegetable Spice mix
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric spice
  • 2 cups water
  • 1/2 cup coconut cream
  • Cooked Pasta
  • Burrata cheese

Instructions

  1. Heat a non stick pan and heat the oil
  2. Add all the ingredients one at a time, mix each one in to combine and don' forget to season both with Pasta Spice & Salt & Pepper seasoning.
  3. Add half the water and leave the sauce to simmer. Add the 2nd half of water if you want a thicker richer consistency and leave to continue simmering until the water is cooked down a bit.
  4. Add the cooked pasta and mix.
  5. Pour in the coconut cream and mix.
  6. Tear the burrata cheese and spread it across the pasta, turn the heat off, cover the pan and let it melt in the heat of the dish before serving.
  7. Serve with fresh herbs and enjoy!
