Description
This spicy sauce pasta couldn’t be easier and any more delicious! A few ingredients left to a slow simmer toss in some cooked pasta and you will be going back for more!

- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons tomato curry paste
- 1 teaspoon Smell & Taste Calabrese Spice
- 1 teaspoon ginger & garlic paste
- 1 teaspoon Vegetable Spice mix
- 1 teaspoon Turmeric spice
- 2 cups water
- 1/2 cup coconut cream
- Cooked Pasta
- Burrata cheese
Instructions
- Heat a non stick pan and heat the oil
- Add all the ingredients one at a time, mix each one in to combine and don' forget to season both with Pasta Spice & Salt & Pepper seasoning.
- Add half the water and leave the sauce to simmer. Add the 2nd half of water if you want a thicker richer consistency and leave to continue simmering until the water is cooked down a bit.
- Add the cooked pasta and mix.
- Pour in the coconut cream and mix.
- Tear the burrata cheese and spread it across the pasta, turn the heat off, cover the pan and let it melt in the heat of the dish before serving.
- Serve with fresh herbs and enjoy!
