Serve these tasty and spicy seared steak nibbles as part of a main dish or a side/snack

- 500 grams rib eye cubed (or sirloin)
- 2 tbsps. olive oil
- 6 tbsps. unsalted butter (+1 tablespoon)
- 4 garlic cloves (minced)
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley (roughly chopped)
Seasoning and spices
- 1/2 tsp salt & pepper mix
- 1/2 tsp Steak rub (or Involtini meat rub)
Instructions
- Coat steak with spices and seasonings.
- Sear in hot oil and butter, undisturbed for 2 minutes.
- Turn, add more butter, and sear for another 2-3 minutes.
- Add garlic and fry for a minute or toss with the steak for 30 seconds before removing from heat.
- Garnish with parsley.
