Sliced fruit and mixed nuts roasted and broken up into crunchy pieces stored in a jar on the kitchen counter is a pretty sight to see and takes 15 minutes!
Layer an oven tray with baking paper and roast the bananas and figs sprinkled with cinnamon for 10 minutes or until they crinkle in shape. Set aside and allow to cool.
In a separate oven tray roast the oats, and nuts till golden brown.
Pour the honey, half the chocolate pieces and the raspberries into the warm nuts and allow to cool.
Add the roasted fruit and the remainder of the chocolate pieces.
