In a bowl combine all the ingredients under the Pork Mince Balls Ingredient Group. ie. pork mince, egg, bread crumbs, onion, parsley, salt, pepper, chili, fennel and nutmeg.
Roll or pat into about a dozen or so balls. Heat Frying Ingredients (oil and butter) in a skillet. Add the meatballs and fry till brown all round, keep turning them to brown all over. Set aside.
Sauce Ingredients
Same skillet add the 'Sauce' ingredients one at a time starting with the tomato which you cook for 2 to 3 minutes on low heat then add the stock, let it simmer in the tomatoes for about 5 minutes or so. Add the sriracha & soy sauce and the mustard. Add the maizena a tablespoon at at time depending on how thick you want your sauce. Add the cream and return the meatballs to the pan and cook for another 3 to 4 minutes.
Cook the spaghetti according to the packet instructions. Approximately 8 to 10 minutes. Save a cup of the cooking water and set aside. Drain the pasta and add it to the meatballs & sauce. If the sauce is a bit dry add a tablespoon or so of the saved pasta water and a drop of cream/milk to get that nice saucy sauce. Enjoy!
