Ingredients
  

  • beetroot
  • water

Instructions
 

  • Roast the beetroot.
  • Cut the beetroot in smaller chunks (to help the blender) and add a dash of water to help the blender start (about 2 to 3 tablespoons but add 1 tablespoon at a time)
  • Add into a high speed blender and whizz until into a puree.
