Instructions
In a large pot of salted, boiling water, cook the pasta until al dente (to the tooth) drain and set aside. Leave about a fraction of water in the pasta.
While the pasta is cooking, get started on this easy clam process.
Heat a non stick pan on medium to high heat.
Heat the olive oil and add the minced garlic - mix and cook for a minute or two.
Add the fresh chili or crushed chili flakes, mix, add the clams, toss in the wine, cook for about 5 to 7 minutes.
Once the clams open up - increase your heat a little (it's all very quick) and add the fresh parsley.
Now add in the spaghetti to the clams and season to taste with coarse black pepper and salt.
