Air Fryer Pumpkin with tasty caramalized and golden brown crunchy edges. An easy, delicious roasted pumpkin air fryer recipe.

Prevent your screen from going dark
Preheat the air fryer to 180°C / 350°F. If there's no preheat setting, simply run it for 5 minutes to preheat.
In a bowl, add the 500 grams pumpkin, cubed cubes and coat with the 1 tsp salt and pepper, spices and 1 Tbsp olive oil

Add the pumpkin to the air fryer basket in a single layer.
Cook for 20 minutes checking halfway through and turning if necessary. You can also the air fryer basket a gently shake and continue cooking.
