Air Fryer Pumpkin with tasty caramalized and golden brown crunchy edges. An easy, delicious roasted pumpkin air fryer recipe.

  • ¼ to ½ teaspoon smoked paprika, cinnamon, nutmeg or herb seasoning

  • Preheat the air fryer to 180°C / 350°F. If there's no preheat setting, simply run it for 5 minutes to preheat.
  • In a bowl, add the 500 grams pumpkin, cubed cubes and coat with the 1 tsp salt and pepper, spices and 1 Tbsp olive oil

  • Add the pumpkin to the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  • Cook for 20 minutes checking halfway through and turning if necessary. You can also the air fryer basket a gently shake and continue cooking.
  • Remove and serve with extra sprinkle of seasoning, flaky sea salt and roasted pumpkin seeds.
