Breakfast Charcuterie Board

An impressive breakfast charcuterie board that's a breath of fresh air and comes with an unmistakable sense of relaxation in the air no matter what. From crispy bacon to chocolate spread there's something for everyone!

Ingredients
  

  • Baby pancakes
  • Ciabatta toast
  • Brie cheese
  • Honey
  • Blueberry jam
  • Blueberry yogurt
  • Lindt chocolate spread
  • Bacon
  • Grapes
  • Fresh strawberries
  • Fresh blueberries
  • Kiwi
  • eggs
  • tea and coffee
  • olive oil

Instructions
 

  • Use smaller bowls for the jam, honey, chocolate spread and yogurt and place these randomly on the board.
  • Fry, bake or air fry the bacon, set on kitchen tissue paper to drain the fat and set aside.
  • Heat the oven to 180° Celsius and slice the ciabatta. Lay the slices on an oven tray (sheet pan) and drizzle with olive oil. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes till golden brown. (use a timer and check them!)
  • Set the bread slices aside and use the same pan with a sheet of baking paper and bake the brie cheese for a couple of minutes till slightly melted.
  • Fry the eggs and use small bowls for serving.
  • On the board place a side dish with the bacon. Split the baby pancakes into 2 or 3 sections across the board. Add the rest of the ingredients like the fruit and bread. Use any remaining fruit to fill the gaps and don't forget utensils. Enjoy!
