A beautiful Greek salad with the classic ingredients is perfect for your summer table. It's perfectly okay to serve a classic in one serving and have separate add on dishes on the table. Add a herb it's all good!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cucumber cut in half, half again and cubes
  • 1 red onion cut into quarters and slice
  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes cut once in half
  • 1 green bell pepper seeds removed, cored and cubed
  • 1 cup feta cheese cut into blocks

For The Salad Dressing

  • olive oil
  • red wine vinegar
  • vegetable spice
  • squeeze of fresh lemon

Instructions
 

  • Mix all the ingredients for the dressing, add into a blender/jar/bowl and blend for a few seconds, shake it together or use a fork and whisk it up. Set aside.
  • Using a large enough platter add all the salad ingredients always starting with what's chunkier like the peppers followed by the cucumber, red onion, tomatoes, olives and feta last.
  • Leave the dressing for everyone to pour over their own salad, this way it stays crisp for everyone.
  • Season to taste by adding a sprinkle of the tasty and organic vegetable seasoning.
  • Serve and Enjoy!
