Once the water is boiling add the beans to cook (or blanche) for about 2 to 3 minutes.
Remove the beans and place into a colander. Immediately run them under a cold water tap to stop the cooking process and gently toss them onto kitchen towel paper to drain.
Place the beans, cabbage and bell peppers onto a serving platter. Tear apart the fresh mozzarella and randomly place across the salad. Season with salt & pepper from our Smell and Taste range. Drizzle with olive oil.
