Melt In Your Mouth Scrambled Eggs, soft, fluffy, extremely easy and delicious. An egg recipe with a simple technique that will take your eggs from scrambled bits to egg folds.
When the butter melts, the pan is hot, lower the heat.
Pour in your egg mix and don't touch it until you see tiny bubbles and the sides of the egg are cooking. (see the video for this)
Using a spatula place to the one side of the pan and gently slide it across the pan sort of creating a path between the eggs. This method is done only where you see the egg is cooking from underneath, that part of the egg that's cooking you can slide the spatula and gently move the egg in an effort to help the uncooked watery mixture to roll down and start cooking. That's the only 'mixing' you will be doing, is the sliding of the spatula
