Mediterranean chicken pasta bake is an easy to make flavorful side or main dish any day of the week that's packed with flavor.

- 3 cups cooked pasta any
- 2 cups shredded chicken whites
- ½ cup cherry tomatoes halved
- ½ cup roasted bell peppers
- ½ cup artichokes
- ⅓ cup Parmesan cheese cubed
- ¼ cup sundried tomato with the oil
- ¼ cup parsley
- ¾ cup salami
- ¼ cup pitted Kalamata olives
- ½ cup bocconcini fresh mozzarella balls, halved
- ¼ cup fresh basil chopped
- salt & Pepper to taste
Prevent your screen from going dark
Cook the pasta in boiling salted water, drain and set aside.
Preheat your oven to 210°C / 410°F
Add the remaining ingredients into a large salad / serving bowl, add the pasta and gently combine.
Use extra virgin olive oil, sea salt, fresh black pepper and pasta seasoning to serve.
Garnish with remaining basil, parsley or both.
