Tuna and Couscous Salad

Tuna and couscous salad with fresh ingredients, a little spicy dressing that adds natural flavor and fragrance. Creamy no mayo dressing.

- 150 grams Cooked couscous about a cup and a half
- 340 grams Tuna in brine 2 cans
- ½ Red onion
- ½ Chopped cucumber
- 2 Spring onions
- Fresh parsley a handful
Spices
- 1 teaspoon Garlic and Herb - Smell & Taste Natural Spices
- ⅛ teaspoon Calabrese Spice - Smell & Taste Natural Spices
- Salt & Pepper Seasoning - Smell & Taste Spices
Dressing
- 2 tablespoon Yogurt
- 2 tablespoon Sour cream
- 1 Juice of a fresh lemon
Prevent your screen from going dark
Combine all the spice and salad dressing ingredients. Mix well and set aside.
Prep all the salad ingredients, rinse, clean, chop and assemble into a large enough bowl, mix and serve with the dressing. Enjoy!
