Yogurt Pancakes

Nothing says good morning like pancakes and these yogurt pancakes use basic ingredients, are thick, light and fluffy.
Prep Time 10 minutes
Cook Time 10 minutes
Total Time 20 minutes

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup flour
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 1  ½ tsps baking powder
  • 1 cup yogurt or buttermilk
  • 1  Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 2 Tbsps melted unsalted butter
  • ¼ cup milk

Instructions
 

  • Add all the ingredients into a bowl and use a wooden spoon to fold . Do not over mix! The batter with be thick that's perfect. Let is rest for 5 minutes.
  • Heat a non stick pan and brush with a layer of oil, butter or spray cooking spray.
  • Drop ¼ (measuring cup) cup batter onto the pan.
  • Wait until the edges of the batter have set and bubbles appear before flipping.
  • Flip it over and cook the other side. Serve with maple syrup, fruit, PB, Nutella, crispy bacon etc.
