  • 1 tbsp dried lavender buds
  • 1 stick cinnamon
  • 1 whole Star anise
  • 2 cups hot waterHoney, to taste

  • Place the lavender, cinnamon stick, and star anise in a teapot or heatproof jar.
  • Pour over hot (not boiling) water.
  • Let steep for 5–7 minutes, or until the aroma fills the room.
