Instructions
Preheat the air fryer to 180
°
C / 350
°
F. If there's no preheat setting, simply run it for 5 minutes to preheat.
In a bowl, add the
500 grams
pumpkin
cubes and coat with the
1 tsp
salt and pepper
, spices and
1 Tbsp
olive oil
Add the pumpkin to the air fryer basket in a single layer.
Cook for 20 minutes checking halfway through and turning if necessary. You can also the air fryer basket a gently shake and continue cooking.
Remove and serve with extra sprinkle of seasoning, flaky sea salt and
roasted pumpkin seeds.
