Ingredients
  

  • 1 block (200g / 7oz) feta cheese
  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes (or grape tomatoes)
  • 2-4 tbsps extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 1 clove garlic, minced, optional
  • 1 tsp dried oregano (or Italian seasoning)
  • ½ tsp chili flakes (optional, for heat)
  • Fresh basil leaves, for serving, optional
  • Salt & black pepper, to taste

Instructions 

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C)
  • Place the block of feta in the center of a small baking dish
  • Scatter cherry tomatoes around the feta, then drizzle everything with olive oil
  • Sprinkle with garlic, oregano, chili flakes (if using), salt, and pepper
  • Bake for 20–25 minutes, until the tomatoes are blistered and the feta is golden and soft
  • Remove from the oven, gently stir to combine, and top with fresh basil and olives (if using)
  • Serve warm with bread, pasta, or as a dip
