Place the parchment paper with the chicken and veggies into the air fryer basket and cook at 200°C (392°F) for 20 minutes.
You don’t need to turn halfway through, just peek in to check all is still okay in the las 5 minutes. No need to worry about the juices—they keep the food moist—but don’t overcook to avoid burnt tops.

The chunky pieces help everything cook evenly and prevents shrinking.
