Instructions
Add all the ingredients into a saucepan, non stick.
Heat to medium and bring to a slow boil. Drop the heat low to medium and keep stirring at intervals. Simmer until you have the desired consistency. If you want it thinner add a little more water or juice. If you want it thicker add a Maizena mix - see Notes below for Maizena mix.
Store in a clean glass jar.
Notes
Maizena Mix (for thickening)1 teaspoon Maizena 2 tablespoons waterMix into a thin paste/liquid and pour into the berry sauce while stirring for desired consistency. Remember it thickens a little more after simmering.
