Ingredients
  

  • 4-6 medium boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 2-3 tablespoons olive oil, or as needed
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper
  • Optional: chicken spice blend
  • fresh parsley, for garnish
  • lemon slices, for serving

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • Pat chicken breasts dry and place on lined baking sheet or oven-safe dish.
  • Rub with olive oil and season both sides.
  • Bake for 15-18 minutes, depending on thickness.
  • Internal temp should reach 165°F (74°C).
  • Rest 5 minutes before slicing.
