Juicy Oven Baked Chicken Breasts (Easy 15-Minute Recipe)

Juicy, tender oven-baked chicken breasts made with simple pantry staples in just 15 minutes. Perfect for meal prep, salads, sandwiches, and easy weeknight dinners.

Ingredients
  

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 4 tbsps olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt, to taste
  • ½ tsp freshly ground black pepper
  • 2-3 tbsps chicken seasoning
  • 1-2 tbsps fresh lemon juice

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 200°C / 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Pat chicken breasts dry with paper towel.
  • Pound thicker parts to even thickness (optional but recommended).
  • Season both sides with salt and pepper.
  • Mix olive oil, chicken seasoning, and lemon juice. Coat chicken evenly.
  • Place on baking sheet and bake 12–15 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 74°C / 165°F.
  • Rest 3–5 minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes

Cooking time varies depending on thickness.
Do not overcook — use a thermometer for best results.
Store leftovers in the fridge up to 4 days.
Suitable for lunchboxes and meal prep bowls.
