2Chipotle peppers from a can of chipotles in adobo sauce
1tablespoonlime juice or lemon juice
1/2teaspooncumin spice
1/4teaspoonsalt
fresh black pepper
2-4tablespoonswatersee notes
1tsphoney or maple syrup for sweetnessoptional ingredient so taste first for your preference.

Instructions
Add all the ingredients into a food processor or blender.
Blend until smooth. Check the consistency and adjust by adding water if needed. One tablespoon at a time.
Store in an airtight container in the fridge or use immediately over tacos, burritos, wraps, veggies, use as a dip, sauce or dressing.

Uses: You can blend the peppers in sauce and use in soups,stews, as a spread, on wrapsand more.Water: Start by adding a tablespoon at a time to check the consistency you prefer. If it happens to be too thin, leave it in the fridge for a few hours, it will thicken.
