Spicy Sauce Pasta

This spicy sauce pasta couldn’t be easier and any more delicious! A few ingredients left to a slow simmer toss in some cooked pasta and you will be going back for more!

Total Time 15 minutes

Ingredients
  

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons tomato curry paste
  • 1 teaspoon Smell & Taste Calabrese Spice
  • 1 teaspoon ginger & garlic paste
  • 1 teaspoon Vegetable Spice mix
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric spice
  • 2 cups water
  • ½ cup coconut cream
  • Cooked Pasta
  • Burrata cheese

Instructions
 

  • Heat a non stick pan and heat the oil
  • Add all the ingredients one at a time, mix each one in to combine and don' forget to season both with Pasta Spice & Salt & Pepper seasoning.
  • Add half the water and leave the sauce to simmer. Add the 2nd half of water if you want a thicker richer consistency and leave to continue simmering until the water is cooked down a bit.
  • Add the cooked pasta and mix.
  • Pour in the coconut cream and mix.
  • Tear the burrata cheese and spread it across the pasta, turn the heat off, cover the pan and let it melt in the heat of the dish before serving.
  • Serve with fresh herbs and enjoy!
