TOMATO AND BASIL PESTO TOAST
Easy Quick & Amazingly Tasty!
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes
- roasted peeled garlic
- cottage cheese
- basil pesto
Instructions
- Toast the bread and for extra flavor rub a fresh garlic clove onto the dry toast.
- Drizzle some olive oil and add a sprinkle of oregano
- Layer the cottage cheese, pesto, tomatoes, garlic, black pepper & coarse salt.
