Although this recipe is easy doesn't mean that there are no techniques so let's get to it. Today I will show how to make Melt In Your Mouth Scrambled Eggs so that you can impress your family and friends.
HOW TO MAKE SCRAMBLED EGGS

We are not counting the Smell & Taste Salt and Pepper Seasoning.
- Eggs
- Milk
- Butter

SEASONING
I think that the most asked question that I've been asked is do I put the seasoning in before or after? My personal opinion is that because there's so much information out there we tend to look for answers that are already inside us. Answers that we already have and then we end up listening to someone else because we lack the faith of knowing that we already know.
Does it matter really? I like to add the seasoning into the eggs right before I use a fork to to give them a vigorous fork whisking. Is there a right and wrong way? Maybe. Does it make a difference if you add the seasoning before or after? Maybe.
Point in case - does it matter to you if you're eating really good melt in your mouth eggs when you add the seasoning, Nope I hope not. So let's just make some amazing scrambled eggs.

If I remember clearly, frying eggs and scrambling eggs is something that is taught from when we are very, very young. Oh but my favorite has always been a poached egg! What about you? How To Make Melt In Your Mouth Scrambled Eggs
Ingredients
- 4 Eggs
- 3 Tbsps Milk
- 1 ½ Tbsps Butter unsalted
- teaspoon Salt and Pepper Seasoning to taste
Instructions
- Heat a non stick pan with the butter in
- Get your eggs, our Smell and Taste Salt & Pepper Seasoning and milk into a bowl/jug and use a fork to whisk it all up.
- When the butter melts, the pan is hot, lower the heat.
- Pour in your egg mix and don't touch it until you see tiny bubbles and the sides of the egg are cooking. (see the video for this)
- Using a spatula place to the one side of the pan and gently slide it across the pan sort of creating a path between the eggs. This method is done only where you see the egg is cooking from underneath, that part of the egg that's cooking you can slide the spatula and gently move the egg in an effort to help the uncooked watery mixture to roll down and start cooking. That's the only 'mixing' you will be doing, is the sliding of the spatula
- Once you have done this with a few strokes, the scrambled would have cooked. At this point you can remove the egg with an egg lifter (also a spatula?) and serve. Please watch the step by step video on how to make Melt in Your Mouth Scrambled Eggs!Enjoy! Miranda xoxo
