Italian food is known to be the best in the world, has inspired home cooks and top professional chefs across the globe!  This cuisine is very well known to use fresh, high quality ingredients and it doesn't matter what's your choice of food, what the food topic may be or which region tastes the best, it will always leave it's Italian food-print on you. I was fortunate enough to experience Italian cooking through the eyes, and hands of a Nonna who like most, did everything by hand, from scratch and there is nothing quite like it.
